In virtue of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December related to Personal Data Protection, Tenga, inform the User of the existence of an automated personal data file named CLIENTES registered in R.G.P.D. (General Data Protection Register), without being already numbered, created with the objective of managing the relations with users, customers and potential customers.

SEND AND REGISTER PERSONAL DATA
It is necessary to send personal data to contact and receive information on the Tenga products and services.

The refuse to provide personal data or accept the present data protection policy will lead to the impossibility to subscribe, log-in and receive information on Tenga products and services.

In virtue of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December related to Personal Data Protection, we inform you that all the personal data provided will be stored in a personal data file owned by Tenga, sited in location, which is protected by all the security measures required by order 994/1999 of 11th of June.

ACCURACY AND VERACITY OF THE PROVIDED DATAS
The user providing information to Tenga takes the unique responsibility of the veracity and truthfulness of the provided data, Tenga is discharged from any type of responsibility at this respect.
The users guarantee the accuracy, validity and veracity of the personal data provided and they promise to keep them properly updated.

The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the register or subscription form.
Tenga does no take any responsibility about the veracity of information not elaborated by itself and of unknown origin; consequently it does not take any responsibility in hypothetical damages caused by the use of said information.

Tenga  is discharged from any type of responsibility from any damage or loss which the user can suffer as consequence of mistakes or omissions in the information provided by Tenga provided it comes from sources external to Tenga.

OBJECTIVES
The objectives of data recompilation are the development of activities and the communication of information on Tenga products.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Tenga will not transfer the user´s personal data to any third person. However, in case of transfer to any third company, it can only be made with the previous express consent of the involved person.

ACCESS, CORRECTION, CANCELATION AND OPPOSITION RIGHTS

To exercise said rights and in virtue of the Directive 1/1998 of 19th of January of the Spanish Data Protection Agency it is necessary that you prove your personality before Tenga by sending your National Identity Document or any other supporting document legally valid.

COMPUTER SECURITY MEASURES
Tenga implements the security levels legally required for personal data protection and established in the order 994/1999 related to security measures. However, we also have other additional features such as new generation firewalls, apart from technical measures such as encryption software for confidential information and access control to the personal information, restricted users, security policies, users ID and password with expiration dates as required by Organic Law of Data Protection, as well as other systems intended to prevent the misuse, alteration, not authorized access and theft of the Personal Data provided to Tenga.
Tenga, discharge any responsibility for damages or losses caused by interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone line failures or disconnections in the operative service of the electronic system caused by circumstances external to Tenga; as well as for delays or blocks in the use of the present electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of the telephone lines or overloads in the Data Processing Center (CPD), in the Internet system or in other electronic system, as well as damages which can be occasioned by third parties due to illegal interferences which escape from the control of Tenga.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT
The user declares that he or she has been informed about the personal data protection conditions, he or she accepts and consents the automated processing of this data by Tenga in the form and with the objectives indicated in the present Personal Data Protection Policy.
